I am a theoretician, after a solid, methodological school in Poznań / doctorate with prof. J. Kmity UAM in Poznań / and a practitioner – with experience in both private, self-employed and public activities / managerial positions in government administration and entrepreneurship /. Both as a theoretician and practitioner, I used interdisciplinary knowledge to solve problems, striving for optimal, synergistic solutions.
I have practical experience from many years of running my own production and trade company; the role of an expert of EU funds in the marshal’s panel, director of the voivodeship level in public administration; project manager; lecturers at Warsaw and Tri-City universities in the fields of journalism and social communication, European studies, management and rehabilitation; co-organizer of postgraduate studies for employees of labor market institutions / Wszechnica Polska, Warsaw /; consultant of large production companies / PESA Bydgoszcz / and consulting, educational and advisory services / CRMSA Warsaw, LCC Lublin – in the field of consulting in the areas of tutoring and social communication /; work in journalism, columnist / “Rejsy” Dziennik Bałtycki /; social work – a civic journalist, a writer.
I gained theoretical experience from: several dozen years of work at universities in the Tri-City and Warsaw / e.g. PG, UG, Ateneum /; the publication of several dozen books and articles on the interdisciplinary issues of organizational culture, interpersonal relations, mental conditions, etc .; participation in the role of a speaker, lecturer, trainer for large teams / over 600 people / and chamber teams / 2-3 / and individual work – with the use of tutoring and philosophical consulting; preparation and defense of a doctorate in the field of philosophy of science / AMU in Poznań /; participation in numerous courses in the field of project management methodologies and improvement of selected skills – confirmed by appropriate diplomas and certificates and invitations to cooperation /, among others International Journal of Education, Culture and Society /.
