JUSTYNA STROZYK MROZEK

Social psychologist. A graduate of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (currently SWPS University). She gained knowledge in the field of addictions and domestic violence under the supervision of prof. Jerzy Mellibruda. She developed her professional competences during several years of intensive training in the field of Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Agreement (NVC). She actively participates in lectures, conferences, trainings and workshops on the subject of effective communication, mediation, health and development of children and adolescents, conscious parenting and neurodidactics. In her professional work, she supported the unemployed struggling with various life difficulties and families deciding on extracurricular education for their children. She conducts individual consultations as well as support and development groups for adults. She is close to the concept of accompanying the client on his individual path, creating a safe space in which, above all, he rebuilds contact with himself, in order to build satisfactory relationships with other people in the next step. In her work, she also uses focusing, polyvagal theory, the theory of connections and mindfulness techniques. She participates in an interventional team. She co-creates and runs prevention, information and interpersonal development programs in private and state organizations.
